Was in the area after going to the Kaiser nearby. Their matcha was beautifully presented. My friend ordered their iced matcha with almond milk and cream top. Definitely on the more decadent side if u aren't a fan of anything a little sweet. But not too sweet where it's sickening. I would get it again if I were in the mood for it and in the area.
Drink - 10/10 Ube Lava (cream top latte) Omg best ube drink I've ever had! They make their ube and cream top in house!! It has perfect sweetness to it. Even after the ice has melted the drink tastes just as good. Service - 10/10 really nice man assisted and answered all my questions. Price - 2/10 $6.75 in total. Jesus this is expensive for such a small drink! The one with the espresso shot was a total of $7.50.
Stopped by for some coffee and it did not disappoint! Very small shop located right next to Guppy House! A couple tables inside and outside. Very extensive menu and cute aesthetic. Friendly and quick service. I ordered the Banana Cream Top Latte and it was really good! Definitely more of a dessert drink, couldn't taste too much of the coffee. The banana cream on top was delish. I do think I like Ape Coffee's better though! 4/5 Overall, I'd definitely come back if I were in the area again! It's a cute, trendy new coffee spot that you've got to check out!
Super yummy! I have been going here since it opened a couple years ago and I can say it is still great quality and the customer service is always good! It's not necessarily a place for studying but they have chairs and small tables to talk with friends. I love the matcha, it is strong enough and the cream does not overpower it with sweetness. It is always cheaper than most places. Rate: 5/5 Price: $16 (for both drinks)
First, place is quite small - so just expect that and if it's busy, it's very crowded. It's crowded though because the drinks are awesome. Ordered the Strawberry Matcha, Banana Cream Latte, Ube Lava, and Matcha Latte with Vanilla Foam. ALL were honestly very good and not over powering! Very good flavor! Strawberry Matcha was for sure my favorite and good balance of sweet and matcha! Highly recommend! Banana Cream and Ube are a close second for sure! Sweet people and all working very hard and very fast!
I got the Madagascar vanilla cream top latte and the cream was soo thick and creamy. I definitely do recommend drinking without the lid because it was a little tricky to get the coffee to push through the cream. But unfortunately, I had to get it to go lol. It was so convenient to get to this cafe it was one of the major plazas off the 91 freeway. It's nice that it's tucked in the back corner so it doesn't feel too busy amidst all the business around. It's a nice place for a quick chat with a friend or a solo cafe day, not too much of a workable cafe. There isn't too much seating. There's a few stools and a bench area inside. There's 2 small and 1 4-person table outside.
Coffee and a croissant is a perfect morning for me and on this day, I tried this cute little cafe. I ordered their latte with the sweet cream top and a butter croissant. The combination of the whole milk in the latte and the sweet cream made for a very decadent and creamy latte. The sweet cream was not at all overly sweet. The butter croissant was flaky and not overly buttery or dry. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and was ready for the day. I did have difficulty locating the shop. Parking was easy. Service was wonderful. Small indoor and outdoor seating available. Please come visit and create your own experience.
